Here are ways to find and recruit a CMA (AAMA).

• Find an accredited medical assisting program in your area. Then, contact the respective program directors for information about their placement services and employable candidates.



• Rent direct mailing lists for CMA (AAMA) members in your area, and contact these professionals directly about opportunities with your organization.



• Recruiters who are constantly on the lookout for Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs) who have achieved certification through the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) may wish to place an ad in CMA Today. Your ad will reach 20,000+ members six months a year. Find out about display ad rates and specs. Note: CMA Today does not accept classified ads.



• Call the AAMA Membership Department at 800-228-2262 for assistance with finding a state or local chapter affiliate officer for you to contact. These grassroots volunteers can often help you spread the word to a qualified, local CMA (AAMA).
