Scholarship Application

The following instructions explain how to apply for the Maxine Williams Scholarship.

Scholarship Eligibility

Only Current Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) or the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) Students Are Eligible  |  In order to be eligible for the scholarship, a student must meet these requirements:

• Be currently enrolled in and have completed a minimum of one quarter or semester at a college-level medical assisting program accredited by CAAHEP or ABHES.
• Have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

The deadline for receipt of applications is ​​May 15, 2024.

Scholarship award and a one-year membership in the AAMA are granted based on academic ability and financial need.
