Hotel registration for the AAMA room block will be available around the second week of April 2026.

Guests of the host hotel (Grand Sierra Resort and Casino) who provide their hotel reservation confirmation number will receive a discount on AAMA Annual Conference registration.

Online registration is available via the AAMA's Cvent site. Register by Aug. 1 (midnight) to receive the early registration discount.

AAMA members receive a conference registration discount. Not an AAMA member? Join! And once your membership is processed, you’re eligible for the AAMA membership rates.

New This Year: A More Flexible Conference Experience!

Based on attendee feedback, the 70th AAMA Annual Conference will feature shorter CE sessions (now 90 minutes instead of two hours), giving you more flexibility and additional time to connect with fellow medical assistants.

To ensure you still meet your continuing education goals, full conference registrants will receive FREE access to additional prerecorded courses totaling 6 CEUs. These courses will be available in the AAMA e-Learning Center shortly after the conference, so you can continue learning at your own pace.

On-Site Program

A digital on-site program will be available to registrants in August 2026, and attendees will receive a print version on-site.

Dress Code

Business-casual attire is expected of attendees throughout the conference. Wednesday evening's President Banquet has a cocktail attire dress code.
